  • Bring Healthy snacks.
  • Pre-washed fruit & veggies: apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, carrot & celery sticks, jicama, red/green/yellow pepper slices, broccoli, cauliflower, watermelon, cheese sticks, whole grain crackers, popcorn, nuts, boiled eggs peeled in a sandwich bag, etc.
  • Lemon wedges-add to water.
  • Keep packaged treats to 5 grams of sugar or less per serving.
  • No pop or energy drinks, it’s a bad mix with dehydrating students before parades.
  •  Homemade snacks are ok but must be individually packaged and include a list of ingredients/recipe.
